A fresh take on the bullethell genre
In Runeward Onlinetm, you explore dungeons in parties of up to four players. Find a group of friends in the hub, and delve into the many dungeons below. You can shoot, roll, dodge, and cycle through your own selection of pets that magically enhance your bullets. The fierce bosses at the end of these dungeons reward Runestones, which can completely alter your playstyle by providing massively influential passives and abilities. The further you go, the more bullets will fly by. But as the enemies grow, so do you. Pets, classes, runestones and weapons can all be altered, enhanced and swapped out to create a variety of different builds and experiences. We intend to bring Runeward Onlinetm to PC (Steam) and Android (Google Play) with cross-platform progression between the two models.
Over the past two years, we’ve built a custom server from scratch, carefully crafted our own artstyle, and designed a deep yet simple progression system. Runeward Onlinetm is shaping up to be something truly unique, but we are slowly facing the bitter fact that not everything can last forever.
